Pay That RespectsYour Miles.
Solo Driver
- Even if you drive 0 miles or the truck is in the shop, your $2,000 is guaranteed.
- $0.90 CPM, so the $2,000 covers your first 2,222 miles.
- Every mile past 2,222 in a week pays $0.90 CPM on top of the $2,000.
- Not out the full week? The guarantee is pro-rated per day.
- Guarantee increases to $2,250 / week
- $0.90 CPM, so the $2,250 covers your first 2,500 miles
- Every mile past 2,500 pays $0.90 CPM on top of the $2,250
- Occupational insurance paid by the company
- Travel expenses paid by the company
Team Driver
- Even if the truck turns 0 miles or sits in the shop, each driver's $2,250 is guaranteed for a full week on the road.
- $4,500 combined team guarantee. All loaded and empty miles count.
- $0.95 CPM, so the $4,500 covers the team's first 4,737 miles.
- Every team mile past 4,737 pays $0.95 CPM, split equally between both drivers.
- Guarantee increases to $2,500 per driver ($5,000 combined)
- $0.95 CPM, so the $5,000 covers the team's first 5,263 miles
- Every team mile past 5,263 pays $0.95 CPM, split equally
- Occupational insurance paid by the company
- Travel expenses paid by the company
Owner Operator
- Dispatch services: 12%
- Cargo liability insurance: $300 / week (waived when on vacation for more than 3 weeks)
- 2020 or newer truck models accepted
- Trailer rental available: $1,200 / month (dry van)

Straight AnswersOnly.
Solo drivers start at $2,000 per week guaranteed for a full week on the road, even on zero-mile weeks, with $0.90 CPM on every mile past 2,222. Team drivers start at $2,250 per driver ($4,500 combined) with $0.95 CPM on every team mile past 4,737, split equally. After eight months the solo guarantee steps up to $2,250 and the team guarantee to $2,500 per driver.
