Terms of Service

By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The Site provides general information about UGL and lets you submit driver applications, request freight quotes, and contact us. Any actual freight transportation services provided by UGL are governed by a separate written agreement, including rate confirmations, broker-carrier agreements, or shipper-carrier agreements. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or acceptance of carriage.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Site.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or harvest data from the Site without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or any servers or networks connected to it.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and the design of the Site itself, is owned by UGL or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. The UGL name and logo are trademarks of UGL. Third-party trademarks displayed on the Site (such as those of carrier customers, suppliers, or technology partners) are the property of their respective owners.

When you submit a driver application, quote request, or contact form, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the right to share any documents or information you upload, including any commercial driver's license you submit.
• You are not impersonating another person or entity.

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, and submitting a quote request does not guarantee acceptance of the load. UGL reviews each submission and reserves the right to decline at its discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. UGL does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will UGL or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. UGL's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to claims governed by a separate signed agreement between you and UGL covering freight services or other commercial obligations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UGL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is in the state or federal courts located in Wood County, Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective" date. Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UGL regarding the Site.
